Using the service
These Terms govern access to Troodo's hosted service, demo, integrations, and related support. You must be able to enter into an agreement where you live and use Troodo only for an organization that has authorized you. A separate signed agreement or order form controls if it conflicts with these Terms.
Accounts and workspaces
You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your sign-in methods, and activity performed through your account. Workspace owners and administrators control member invitations, roles, connected systems, and access revocation. Tell us promptly through Support if you suspect unauthorized access.
Customer data and integrations
You keep ownership of content and metadata you provide or authorize Troodo to retrieve. You grant Troodo the limited permission needed to host, normalize, analyze, display, export, and protect that data for your workspace. You must have authority to connect each repository, issue tracker, observability account, or analytics source and must follow that provider's terms.
AI-assisted features
Troodo can generate summaries, reports, suggested actions, and answers from available workspace evidence. AI output can be incomplete or wrong and must be reviewed by a qualified person. Do not use Troodo metrics or AI output as the sole basis for employment, disciplinary, safety, legal, or compliance decisions.
Trials, subscriptions, and billing
Eligible new workspaces may receive the trial advertised when they register. The billing screen and Stripe checkout show the applicable plan, price, billing period, taxes if applicable, and any remaining trial before payment. Paid plans renew monthly until the workspace owner cancels through the billing portal. Except where law requires otherwise, charges already incurred are not automatically refunded.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse Troodo, bypass access controls, probe another tenant, upload malicious content, disrupt the service, infringe rights, or use the service unlawfully. Do not submit passwords, private keys, access tokens, raw source code, or sensitive personal data to support or AI prompts unless a documented feature specifically requires it.
Availability and changes
Troodo is evolving and features, integrations, limits, or preview capabilities may change. We may perform maintenance or restrict a feature to protect customers or the service. Any committed service level exists only in a separate written agreement. Material changes to these Terms will be posted here with a new effective date.
Suspension, cancellation, and deletion
A workspace owner can cancel a paid subscription in the billing portal. We may suspend access for a security threat, unlawful or abusive use, nonpayment, or a material breach. Workspace deletion is currently a verified, manual support process; confirm export and retention needs before requesting it.
Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, Troodo is provided as available and without implied warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, complete provider data, or error-free AI output. These Terms do not exclude rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
Other agreements and mandatory law
A signed customer agreement, data-processing agreement, or order form can add or replace terms for that customer. If part of these Terms cannot be enforced, the remaining parts continue. Governing law, venue, negotiated liability limits, and entity-specific notices must be stated in the applicable signed agreement until Troodo publishes operator details for a general commercial launch.
Questions about these Terms
Use the Support page and a private contact route for contractual questions. Do not place confidential customer, billing, or security information in a public channel.
